Saint Francis Transfer Center
Saint Francis Medical Center offers a convenient, 24/7 patient-referral Transfer Center. To call the Transfer Center and refer patients for admission to Saint Francis, referring providers and facilities should use one of the following numbers: 573-331-5195 (local) or 866-449-4454 (nonlocal).
When referring providers or facilities to call the Transfer Center to refer a patient for admission to Saint Francis, they need to provide the following information:
- Patient name
- Patient Social Security number
- Patient date of birth
- Diagnosis
- Admitting provider’s name
- Patient floor preference
- Telemetry
- Isolation type
